Refund policy

Exchanges Only — No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item, size, or variant

To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact us at zyvoria.official@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition

Once your exchange request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and ship your replacement once the original item is received back with us.
